Product Description

Multi-function is the main feather of this type. There is enough space for many installation options, such as gluing system, hot melt system, release paper feeder, big roll double side tape feeder, count system, label sticking applicator head, inkjet code system etc. With the turning system, four lines in two directions is doable.

Down Drawing Feeder Apply to thick paper & medium and small format paper.
Calibration Section Straight the products for more precising in the following processes.
Pre-folding Simple installation, left and right sets make the products forming and spreading easier.
Tape Applicator Stick the double side tape or tearing tape on the products.
Fence-type Folding Express envelope /CD cover /envelope etc can form in one time.
Lock Bottom Automatic lock-bottom system for the bottom cover products.
Turning Part 0-180 degree precision turning is achievable.
Gluing System Optional in cold glue or hot glue system.
Gluing & Release Paper Reserve the space for scraping gun. Independent gluing equipment and release paper feeding equipment are optional.
Label Sticking Label sticking applicator head is optional. Stick the rolling label on the products.
Conveyor Independent driving belt together with cylinder pressurization make sure the products gluing well and collecting neatly.
